New spy photos from Skoda Enyaq electris cross tests hit the WebMay 7, 2020
The electric crossover continues to pass the required road tests. This time, the Czechs disguised a test prototype for the Suzuki S-Cross model.
The new electric crossover Skoda Enyaq was shown in the “fresh” spy photos taken, apparently, in the homeland of the automaker. Pictures are published by the local edition of Auto.cz. This model will be the first electric SUV of the Czech brand. In its name, the prefix iV will appear, which in the future will be received by all Skoda electric models. The “green” novelty is based on the MEB platform, which makes Skoda Enyaq similar to the Volkswagen ID.4 electric crossover. Without recharging, Czech electrocross will be able to travel about 500 kilometers.
The basic version of the crossover will receive one electric motor on the rear axle. The brand also intends to bring to the market a version with two electric motors and four-wheel drive. The power plant at the most advanced Skoda Enyaq can reach 306 horsepower.
Auto salon has not been declassified by photo spies. Experts expect to see here a virtual dashboard and advanced multimedia with a free-standing touchscreen in the spirit of ID.3 and ID.4. The debut of the novelty is planned to be organized this year.
