The production version of this prototype is due to debut next year and the artists decided now was the best time to create an exclusive render of the new Megane based on the concept.
EVision is an all-electric concept, but it is known that the next Megane will continue to be available with internal combustion engines. This means that the front end must provide fresh air to cool the power plant, including several air intakes in the bumper. In this case, the upper part of the panel can remain closed in the case of using an electric motor
The zero-emission Renault Megane show car is powered by a single electric motor on the front axle with 215 horsepower and 300 Newton meters of torque. According to the manufacturer, the model can accelerate to a speed of 100 kilometers per hour in less than 8 seconds. One battery charge with a capacity of 60 kWh should be enough for 451 km.
