Since Ford made its debut with the high-speed F-150 SVT Raptor, a curious cult has emerged – the “effect” of Raptor, since there is a fairly consistent series of images of the Ford line of cars in this design.
The Ford Authority team introduced a cool series of renderings that depict Explorer as a Raptor protege. In the end, breathing air on forest roads is fun with a couple of passengers, but even better when the children scream in delight (or perhaps in horror) from the third row of seats.
It should be noted that Explorer Raptor will rather play a more aesthetic role. The rendering follows all the necessary elements for creating the Raptor “effect” – a black grille with embossed FORD lettering, black front and rear bumpers, black fenders and wings, and, of course, large off-road tires and higher ground clearance.
Despite the fact that the likelihood of such a model is extremely low, especially in anticipation of the debut of the new Ford Bronco SUV, the idea definitely turned out to be a good one.
