New Porsche Panamera Turbo S sprints from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.3 secondsSeptember 26, 2020
A video has appeared on a foreign YouTube channel, which captures a 3.3-second acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h of the brand new Porsche Panamera Turbo S. The novelty is the most powerful representative of the Panamera family at the moment.
Back in August of this year, the automaker unveiled a more powerful version of its stylish Panamera fastback – the new version is called the Panamera Turbo S. The updated model has received tremendous power, which is fully demonstrated by the latest video from the Carwow YouTube channel.
The video provides a detailed overview of the new version of the Panamera and all the changes Porsche has made to the most powerful version of the model, both inside and out.
However, at the 10 minute mark, the sprint of the car from zero to 100 km / h is captured, which takes 3.38 seconds. During the presentation of the novelty, it was said that the car can accelerate to the first hundred in 2.9 seconds, although this is probably achievable under ideal testing conditions – air temperature, high-quality tires, etc.
The Panamera Turbo S is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 620 hp. (820 Nm). The car received an eight-speed “automatic” and four-wheel drive. The maximum speed is 315 km / h.
Pricing information for the 2021 Panamera Turbo S has yet to be announced. In the current Panamera range, the Turbo S version will sit below the future Turbo S E-Hybrid. Expect a well-equipped Turbo S to surpass the $ 200,000 mark
