Porsche was able to surprise – the first special version of the car appeared only two weeks after the official presentation. The car received an updated exterior and interior, and the technical side remained unchanged.

German manufacturer of premium cars Porsche just two weeks ago presented a new model 911 Targa. And on Tuesday, June 2, was presented its first special version called Heritage Design Edition. First of all, such a car will appeal to fans of retro style and collectors. The special version was based on the Porsche 911 Targa 4S with a 450-horsepower engine and an 8-band “robot”. Porsche offers customers a noble red shade of Chery Metallic bodywork, which has a white complement in the style of race cars. Any number in the range from 0 to 99 can be applied to the body. If the red color is not to your liking, then buyers will be offered one of four body shades – they are called Black, Guards Red, GT Silver Metallic and Crayon. From the exterior, one can note large 20- or 21-inch wheels with retrodesign, the presence of the Porsche emblem on the wheels and hood, silver tailpipes of the exhaust system and inscriptions in gold. A special upholstery was created for the Porsche 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition – not only color, but also structure. Of the color solutions, you can choose a red-beige or black-beige design. Door cards are made of velveteen. In the salon you can still find a lot of original ones – the emblems of the brand on the head restraints, nameplates with the name of the special version and the embossed Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur inscription on the glove box. A special atmosphere is created by the illumination of green devices. As for the technical component, it remained unchanged. The 3.0-liter 450-horsepower engine can accelerate to 304 km / h, and a set of the first “hundred” takes only 3.6 seconds. The circulation will be limited and will be only 992 copies in honor of the internal designation of the current generation at the plant.

Earlier it became known that Porsche plans to develop a new sports car. Its main features should be the compactness and lightness of the body.
