New Porsche 911 GT3 spotted at the NurburgringApril 17, 2020
Sports car received a new design.
We have not seen spy shots of the new Porsche 911 GT3 for several months. The wait came to an end, because the prototype of the novelty appeared again for testing.
Compared to previous photospots, this car has significantly less disguise. From the front, the new ventilated 911 GT3 hood looks much better. A pair of holes immediately catches your eye and reports that this is not a typical 911.
Compared to the existing Carrera, the bottom panel of this car has a wide opening that covers most of the width of the vehicle. The GT3 drives on wheels with Y-shaped spokes, behind which the brake discs are visible, and the yellow calipers show that the discs use the company’s ceramic composite material.
At the rear, this car provides a better view of the rear wing. The fasteners open on it, apparently, allow manual adjustment depending on how much downforce the driver needs from the rear. There is also a small spoiler, round exhaust pipes and a diffuser.
The new GT3 has received an updated version of the 4.0-liter naturally aspirated engine, whose power has grown to 550 horsepower. For those who want a more stylish car, the company will later offer the 911 GT3 Touring.
