New Nissan Navara gets N-Guard versionFebruary 18, 2020
Nissan Navara receives an updated version of the N-Guard in Europe, adding new premium features to the pickup lineup.
Buyers of the new Nissan Navara N-Guard are now offered a choice of four body colors, including the new optional Electric Blue shade in addition to black, gray and white. The updated Nissan Navara N-Guard receives a double cab and a recently updated brake system. The Nissan truck is now able to tow up to 3,500 kg and carry more than 1,100 kg of cargo.
The N-Guard variant of the Nissan Navara is equipped with a 2.3-liter four-cylinder diesel engine rated at 187 hp. and 450 Nm of torque in combination with a standard 6-speed manual gearbox or 7-speed automatic transmission. Regardless of the gearbox selected, an all-wheel drive system is installed as standard.
Nissan Navara’s equipment is still quite rich and includes an intelligent emergency braking system, smart circular cameras, Hill Start Assist system, as well as an infotainment system with an 8-inch screen that supports Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and wireless updates. The interior features leather upholstery with blue stitching and highlighting for the legs, which creates the feeling of a first-class finish.
“With a refreshed appearance, improved connectivity and reliable off-road talent, the new Nissan Navara N-Guard really allows you to use this pickup as a workhorse on a weekday and a stylish companion in the evening and on weekends,” said Sufiana Elkomri, general manager of the division LCV Nissan Europe.
Nissan will begin production of the updated Navara N-Guard pickup this month, and in March, customers will be able to place an order in any part of Europe.
