The updated Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe joins the line of German-made SUVs as a five-seater sports car. Sales of new items, according to official information, will start in the spring of 2020.
Note that the coupe-shaped version of the crossover differs from the standard version in the increased length (+15 mm) and width (+63 mm). In addition, the wheel bug of the model increased by 20 mm, while the height was reduced by 56 mm. The company also notes that aerodynamic efficiency has improved by 9% compared with its predecessor.
The front of the novelty is almost identical to the standard GLE, however, the rear has significant differences. The new cross-coupe also received 19-22 inch wheels.
There are also no colossal changes in the cabin. Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe 2020 equipped with two 12.3-inch monitors of the instrument panel and infotainment complex, as well as a sports steering wheel with nappa leather trim and Amazon Music system. It is noted that the novelty has a more spacious interior and an increased luggage compartment.
At the start of sales, the GLE Coupe engine range will include two variants of a 3-liter six-cylinder diesel engine: 350d with 268 hp. and 400d – 325 hp The cost of the German-made coupe novelty, according to experts, will be from 62,000 pounds.
