New Kia Sorento Available With New LogosMarch 31, 2020
The Korean company Brenthon, literally makes money by creating icons.
Brenthon does not offer performance improvements or any other significant changes. However, what the company really offers is perhaps a more upscale product for Kia car owners who believe that the standard logo is not chic enough.
The Korean company has already announced the badging for the recently introduced Sorento 2021 model year. The offer for the new SUV includes front and rear badges in chrome or semi-gloss black, chrome Brenthon lettering on the tailgate, a steering wheel logo and overhead caps on wheels.
Prices range from 18,000 won for the badge for the steering wheel and up to 40,000 won for the badge on the front grill. It is difficult to say that we understand why goods are evaluated individually: in the end, this is the type of modification in which you go all-in or not go at all.
In any case, this happens at a time when they are talking about a change in the Kia logo. It is expected that the new model will be released before the end of the year, and an updated logo was introduced on the Kia’s Imagine concept car. In the aforementioned concept, the logo shows italic letters K, I and A, which are combined together, unlike the current logo, where the letters are separated. It remains to be seen whether the new Kia logo will be chic enough so people don’t give preference to the new Brenthon badge set.
