The new semi-autonomous driving system copes with its tasks on the highway and in heavy traffic. Another assistant on the road is Intelligent Cruise Control, which adjusts the speed when entering and exiting the highway.
Also, the novelty gets a frontal accident warning system. She will apply the brakes on her own if she sees a risk of collision. The head-up display has also been updated – it has become larger (10 inches versus the previous 8.5) and has acquired a new function. It now broadcasts data on the curvature of the road and the lane change indicator.
The driver’s seat gets a posture control function, and the steering wheel and outside mirrors adjust to the driver’s height. Thicker front windows guarantee better sound insulation. Wireless charging for gadgets is now standard in any configuration.
The engine range has remained the same: a three-liter V6 complying with Euro 6. The output of the turbodiesel is 256 horsepower.
It works in conjunction with an 8-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive system, and will be available for purchase in the domestic market of the brand: Platinum for 48.69 million won, Masters for 52.86 million won and Gravity from 56.94 million won.
Meanwhile, it became known that the Korean companies KIA and Genesis will present electric crossovers in 2021. There is practically no information about new products. It is only known that they will be based on the E-GMP platform.
