New Hyundai Elantra N Line sedan officially unveiledAugust 13, 2020
The “charged” version of the popular sedan will receive a powerful engine, as well as a special design of the exterior and interior.
Hyundai has officially unveiled the N Line Elantra sedan. Official photos and specifications were released on Thursday 13 August. The main feature of the novelty is the 1.6-liter turbo engine, which is capable of delivering 201 hp. at 265 Nm of torque. A 6MKPP or 7-band “robot” is used as a transmission. For better high-speed driving, the Hyundai Elantra N Line has a stiffer suspension than the standard version, as well as reinforced front brakes.
The external changes, though not very radical, give the car a unique style. The mesh in the radiator grille is smaller and the bumper has new air intakes. Black accents have been added to the side mirrors and side skirts for contrast, and an elegant spoiler is added to the boot lid. Stylish 18-inch wheels complete the look.
The interior of the car is distinguished by special sports seats with improved lateral support, which are finished in high quality leather.
The sports modification received a completely new steering wheel – the metal elements on the spokes look very impressive. In Hyundai Elantra N Line, drivers will receive a large number of assistants – we are talking about collision avoidance and lane control systems, blind spot monitoring and automatic high beam. Hyundai has not yet announced when the new product will go on sale. The cost of the car is also kept secret.
Meanwhile, Hyundai is actively working on an autonomous control system. The project called “Motional” is designed to accelerate the creation of the 4th level autopilot, which should become one of the most technologically advanced and reliable in the world.
