New Haval Chulian crossover presented to the public in BeijingSeptember 29, 2020
The name of the new SUV, which debuted at the Beijing Auto Show, literally translates as “First Love”. The manufacturer successfully played the name of the novelty with the help of a miniature red heart on the license plate.
The Haval Chulian is said to be the successor to the Haval H2. This means that the new crossover will be the entry-level SUV in the brand’s lineup.
The new SUV will enter the home market in November 2020. The manufacturer will offer customers a stylish and technological model. The design of the novelty is quite simple, but it still has some interesting details. For example, the front of the crossover is decorated with spectacular complex optics.
The stern of the car turned out to be more restrained: the task of the headlights in their design echoes the head optics, and the Haval inscription stretched across the entire tailgate.
Inside the car, we see a large multimedia touchscreen, as well as an interesting niche – probably for the head-up display.
As an engine, according to CarNewsChina, the novelty got a one and a half liter gasoline turbo engine with no alternative, producing 156 horsepower.
Another novelty at the Haval booth in Beijing is the updated H2 crossover, which takes on the signature blue hue. The exterior of the car is made in the new corporate style of the brand. So, for example, the crossover got a large radiator grill with a radiator grill with a volumetric pattern.
