New Dacia Logan station wagon first spotted on road testsFebruary 20, 2021
The Romanian brand Dacia, which is owned by the Renault corporation, has begun testing the updated Logan MCV station wagon.
Spy photos of the car, tested in winter conditions, were recently published by Carscoops agency, which suggests that the novelty will debut before the end of this year. Whether a station wagon will become available in the Russian Federation is currently unclear.
Judging by the photos, the new product will look similar to the sedan of the same name. She will receive a more sloping windshield, a different grille and modified front optics.
The interior of the car, as expected, will have a new dsahboard and infotainment complex Media Display, which will receive a touchscreen display of various sizes, depending on the configuration. The flagship modifications of the model will be equipped with an advanced navigation system.
The station wagon will be based on the CMF-B architecture. The engine lineup will consist of a 65-horsepower 1.0-liter gasoline engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and a 90-horsepower 1.0-liter unit in conjunction with a manual transmission or a CVT transmission.
The car, in particular, must acquire an option that can operate on both gasoline and liquefied gas. Such a modification will be able to develop 100 hp.
In addition, some time ago, new details about the seven-seater Dacia crossover became known. It should be emphasized that the new model should replace such models as Lodgy and Logan MCV, as well as become the first hybrid in the history of the brand.
