The Bavarian concern is carefully preparing for the launch of a new charged M3 on the market. And new photos of the test prototype, ready for mass production, have appeared on the Web. Camouflage could not hide some details of the new items.
Photospies continue to delight us. This time, a new M3 of BMW from the company’s sports division came into their lenses. A full-fledged M-Series is preparing for the exit, but now the car is partially hidden under camouflage film. Judging by the photos, the prototype is already equipped with a serial front and rear optics.
While there is no reliable information about the power plant. However, experts are confident that a 3.0-liter biturbo six-cylinder in-line engine will be used. Together with him, for sure, the automatic transmission will work on eight steps, transmitting all the torque to the rear axle. The all-wheel drive version will also be available, but the rear-wheel drive will remain the main drive, and the front one will be connected as needed. Engine power will be about 480 horsepower.
According to rumors, the company is also preparing a version of Pure, which will be different manual transmission and 460 horse power.
While the company did not disclose the date of the presentation, but it is possible to expect a debut in September 2019 as part of the Frankfurt Motor Show.
