New ambassador of Peugeot will be a giant lionFebruary 23, 2018
The company Peugeot will present at the Geneva Motor Show a new brand ambassador. They will become a giant sculpture of a lion, symbolizing the strength and superiority of the brand throughout its more than 200-year history.
The sculpture created by designers of Peugeot Design Lab, totals 12,5 meters in length and 4,8 meters in height. Lion – the symbol of the brand since 1858 – reflected the three main qualities of the saw blades the company produced at that time: flexibility, tooth strength and cutting speed.
At the Motor Show in Geneva, Peugeot will present several new products. This new compact Rifter, which replaced the Partner model, and the conceptual all-terrain vehicle developed on its basis. The model is built on a modular platform EMP2, available in two modifications of 4.4 and 4.75 meters in length, as well as with a five- or seven-seat configuration of the interior.
In addition, the five-door fastbike Peugeot 508 debuts in Geneva. The model offers six power units, an active suspension, orthopedic seats and a night vision system capable of identifying people and large animals at a distance of 200-250 meters.
