Nembo again tries to release the bike with an inverted engineJuly 24, 2019
The Italian company has already tried to do this, but it was sorely lacking sponsors.
Contrary to all the failures, Nembo does not give up attempts to raise its project called “32 ″. The motorcycle on the renders looks like another stylized version of the sports model, but until you see the crankshaft at the top and the cylinder heads at the bottom. The peculiarity of the bike is that it has an inverted engine, a concept that the company has been testing and trying to sell for several years.
The first news about the Nembo 32 appeared in 2010, and in January of this year, the company announced that after several years of testing, the project was ready for production. However, he did not have enough funding, so it was decided to turn to crowdfunding. Unfortunately, of the nearly 36 million online donations requested, they amounted to only … $ 56.
But despite the fact that it was not possible to collect the necessary amount, the company does not give up and represents the super-light Nembo 32 Iperleggera. The model dropped a little more than 20 kg due to high-quality components from carbon fiber. The engine itself and power figures remain unchanged: 1 995 cm ³, three cylinders and 200 hp. The weight reduction should help the bike improve acceleration and, possibly, maximum speed (although these figures were never presented). If this version causes more interest, the company plans to release 200 units per year.
