Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2010 remaster page found on AmazonAugust 18, 2020
Recently, digital stores are increasingly becoming the source of rumors about the release of certain unannounced game products. Vigilant users of the ResetEra forum have once again found an interesting page on Amazon – this time with the 2010 Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit remaster.
The store states that the title will go on sale on November 13, 2020 and will be available on at least Xbox One and Nintendo Switch platforms. Neither Electronic Arts nor Criterion Games have officially announced work on a remaster of NFS: Hot Pursuit. At the same time, the well-known insider Jeff Grubb said at the end of June that the publisher was preparing seven reprints of his titles at once, and indicated a racing arcade among them. According to him, the game will be available on PC and PlayStation 4.
If Amazon’s data is correct, the Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit remaster will be out ten years after the original version was released in November 2010. Then critics took the game about the confrontation between racers and cops on supercars extremely favorably – its rating on Metacritic is an impressive 86 out of 100 points.
