Named the debut date of the crossover Nissan MagniteOctober 12, 2020
The budget Japanese crossover Nissan Magnite was shown in official photos, and information about the model also appeared.
The Japanese company is preparing to officially unveil its new budget crossover next week. The novelty received a recognizable design in the style of the conceptual Nissan Magnite, which was presented back in July 2019. Let’s remind that last month the patent images of the model appeared on the Internet, and India will become the first sales market.
According to official information, the company will present its new product on October 21. Nissan’s press office has also released videos and photos from the model’s tests in Japan. In the pictures, the model is still covered in camouflage, despite the fact that the Indian media publish fresh photos of the crossover without disguise.
The production model differs from the concept by simpler bumpers and side mirror housings, as well as the “filling” in the headlights. In the cabin, elements from the concept are also expected, such as multimedia with a touchscreen and “washers” for controlling the air conditioner. The list of equipment should include an all-round camera and cruise control.
The novelty will be based on the CMF-A platform, and the Nissan Magnite should be driven by a 1.0-liter engine 72 hp or a 1.0-liter turbo engine with 95 hp. A couple of units can be either a manual transmission or a robotized gearbox or a CVT. Front-wheel drive only.
The start of sales is scheduled only for the beginning of 2021. The cost of new items will be approximately 525,000 rupees.
