Named cars that may become collectible in the futureJuly 14, 2020
Hagerty, a US insurance company, has compiled a list of new cars that have every chance of becoming collectibles.
Shelby Mustang GT500 was in the first position of the rating. Maslkar having a compressor V8 5.2 with a return of 770 hp (847 Nm), is the most productive Mustang in history. Next comes the eighth generation Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, which has both changed the appearance and layout – the supercar for the first time became mid-engined.
Then follows Polestar 1, which has a four-cylinder with a volume of 2.0 liters and two electric motors, totaling 600 hp. (1000 Nm). Nevertheless, Hagerty experts have no doubt that collectors will appreciate not so much the performance as the original appearance of the model.
The last two cars are the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon pickup and the “charged” Cadillac CT6-V sedan. The first is the off-road ability, and the second is the 4.2-liter twin-turbo V8 Blackwing engine.
In the last position of the TOP is the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP motorcycle. The bike is close in design to the RC213V-S, the road version of the model for the MotoGP championship, but unlike it, it costs not $ 200,000, but $ 30,000.
