MV Agusta in just a couple of days helped out more than 20 million eurosJuly 22, 2019
All profits are due to the Brutale 1000 Serie Oro and Superveloce 800 Serie Oro golden bikes presented last fall.
Both motorcycles, to be sure, stylish and powerful, many would like to have such in their garage. And now the company releases the Superveloce 800 and the naked Brutale 1000 in a unique “golden series” (this is how the “Serie Oro” is translated from Spanish). The circulation was limited, only 300 copies of each model, which in turn added fuel to the fire. Now they wanted even more.
And the price, by the way, for each unit of the “Brutala” was 42,990 euros, for the “Supervelos” – 27,900 euros. But she did not embarrass buyers and all 600 motorcycles bought up in a matter of days. This is what Timur Sardarov, General Director of the company, says about this:
“The overwhelming success of these models has proven that we are on the right track, following the traditions of MV Agusta. Innovation, incredible performance and excellent design – this is what leaves no one indifferent.”
The profit for 600 “gold” motorcycles was 21.3 million euros, which allowed Sardarov to recapture half of the funds invested in the company in just two days. In addition, MV Agusta goes further and plans to release the same models in the visible future, but already designed for the mass market. Accordingly, the price tag will be completely different, but there is no doubt that the quality will also remain at a high level.
