Ford Mustang was the first car to pass in continuous drift Nurburgring. At the wheel of the sports car during the race on the 20.7-kilometer track was the world champion in drift Von Gittin, Jr.

For the record-breaking race, it was not the serial Mustang that was chosen, but the RTR version, equipped with a 912-horsepower Ford Performance 5-liter compressor. The maximum speed of the machine on individual sections of the route was 241 kilometers per hour. During the shooting, one quadrocopter and three sets of Nitto rubber were destroyed.

“One of the most insane personnel is a jump on the Pflanzgarten site,” Gittin Jr. shares his impressions. – The whole site was passing at a huge speed and immediately after landing I had to put the car sideways to slow down before a steep right turn. Not a millimeter to make a mistake. Hell, that was crazy. ”
