“I was horrified when I found out that all four wheels of my car were covered with a thick layer of real bitumen,” said local resident Brigitte Daly.
Now the road is under repair. The state authorities have already stated that the owners of damaged vehicles are entitled to compensation. According to them, this incident was due to abnormally hot weather.
