Mercedes took part in a flash mob from AudiApril 10, 2020
Audi called on everyone to take part in its competition and Mercedes could not refuse it.
On March 28, 2020, Audi issued a call to action for its fans around the world to take part in the flash mob by posting images or videos showing the four rings of the brand. Mark called it the “call of the four rings,” which, of course, came with a hashtag.
Naturally, this request was heard, so Audi posted the sent images and videos on its Facebook page. However, it seems that Audi fans are not the only ones to join the participation. Mercedes-Benz also accepted the challenge and on April 9, 2020 posted its own Four Rings Challenge on its Facebook page.
Of course, the answer from Stuttgart was not just an ordinary work of art. Mercedes posted a video with the drifting AMG C63, which burns four rings of its competitor with tires on the pavement.
The Mercedes post on social media was accompanied by the headline: “Hey Audi, #FourRingsChallenge accepted! Since we are all united by one passion, we go with our creative contribution. @Audi, we hope you enjoy the result and show us what your handwriting looks like.
Mercedes’s reaction sounded like a friendly mockery, and we are really interested in hearing Audi respond to Stuttgart’s own call for action. We are sure that Audi headquarters already saw this video and probably smiled slightly at it.
