A new concept car called Vision Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury will be presented at the Auto Show in Beijing in late April
The company Mercedes-Maybach published a teaser image, which shows the salon of a new concept car called Vision Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury. The premiere of the car will take place on a motor show in Beijing in the end of April. According to Motor1, we can talk about a new luxury crossover. Perhaps, the serial version of the prototype will become the Maybach version of the next-generation GLS.
The car will receive four separate armchairs, floating the central console, and also furnish of salon gold and a white skin. Also, the prototype will receive three touch screens. The serial version of the car can make its debut in November at the Auto Show in Los Angeles.
Maybach was founded in 1909 and existed until the 1950s as a manufacturer of super-luxury cars. The brand was revived by the company Mercedes-Benz in 2002 and again abolished in 2012 due to extremely low sales volumes. In 2014, Mercedes-Benz decided to return to the Maybach market as a sub-brand, under which the company sells sedans S-Class in an extended version and top-end trim levels.
At the last motor show in Geneva, Mercedes-Benz introduced an updated sedan Maybach.
