Mercedes-Benz has published a teaser for the new crossover GLB-ClassJune 6, 2019
A couple of minutes ago, the German brand published a teaser image of its new compact crossover Mercedes-Benz GLB-Class on social networks. Most likely, his official presentation will take place very soon.
First, there were pictures of the German crossover, covered with a layer of camouflage film, now the press service of Mercedes-Benz shows a teaser image of the new GLB-Class. The Mercedes-Benz brand is increasing its advertising campaign for this car, the official presentation of which will be held this summer. The exact date is not reported. We can assume that the information about the new product will be disclosed a couple of days earlier – most likely, the press service of the brand will publish detailed specifications for the model.
As you can see from the post of Mercedes on Facebook, the teaser shows only what the silhouette of the crossover looks like, and also give us a look into the salon at a great distance.
We can assume that the latter should be very similar to the interior of the current A-class, since the new GLB will be in many ways similar to this model of the 5-door hatchback. The external silhouette does not reveal anything that we have not yet seen, although in combination with recent “spy” photos it shows that the square SUV will not be as square as we originally thought. It still has a bulky appearance compared to the GLC crossover, but in no case will it be the “childish version” of the legendary G-class.
We already know some details about the new model of the company. The crossover will share many of its components and assemblies with the A-class – the motor range will be identical. This is particularly about a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine. It is possible that the GLB-Class can completely abandon the front-wheel drive option.
