Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe got tuning in the style of MaybachAugust 5, 2020
The German tuning company Hofele-Design GmbH has shown an improvement program for the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe cross-coupe in the style of the top models of the Mercedes-Maybach division.
The improvements from Hofele are cosmetic in nature – the exterior and interior have been modernized. The technical part of the car remained the same.
Externally, the GLE Coupe under the name HGLE Coupe differs from the serial cross by the presence of a 2-color paint scheme consisting of gray and black shades, chrome-plated vertical grille bars in the Panamericana style. The front bumper is decorated with chrome elements, and a diffuser has appeared at the stern. Instead of standard rims, Signature wheels measuring 22 – 24 inches were installed.
As for the salon, everything is limited only by the client’s imagination. At the same time, leather and alcantara with bright inserts were used in the interior decoration of the exhibition car.
Any variation of the GLE Coupe is ready to upgrade in this style. At the same time, a modification of the 400d with a diesel power unit was chosen to demonstrate the tuning program.
In addition, it was recently reported that the Mercedes-Benz X-Class pickup truck was turned into a yacht on wheels. It should be emphasized that with an abundance of wooden inserts, the car resembles luxury yachts, which is reflected in the name of the project – Yachting Edition
