Mercedes B-Class will be shown in Paris with security technologies from S-ClassSeptember 24, 2018
German concern Mercedes has confirmed the list of some presentations within the limits of the Paris automobile salon. The new version of the B-Class will be presented on a par with the A35, GLE and EQC models, and will receive security technologies from the S-Class.
Before the Paris Motor Show there is not much time left, and brands continue to complement their line of presentations. So, the concern Mercedes-Benz has additionally announced the presentation of the new generation of the B-Class. Thus, in “City Of Lights” on October 2 new models A35, EQC and GLE and B-Class will be shown.
As Mercedes B-Class is the representative of MPV, the most interesting information will be details about the interior. But now the details are unknown, all that the German brand is ready to tell – “has become more spacious compared to the outgoing model”, also adding that the model will receive an updated design of the instrument panel and interior. However, there are no serious differences from the A-class. The car probably inherits the branded MBUX information and entertainment system.
Despite the fact that the B-Class is the representative of the most budget segment of the German brand, it was surprising to learn that the compact also received several security systems from the flagship S-Class models. But the details are not yet reported.
As for the exterior design, the representatives of the company promise to make the model more dynamic than the outgoing version. But we must not forget that we are talking about the interesting, but the minivan, and especially the refined design should not wait. Judging by the early spy photos, the car will get a design similar to the A-class, but dense camouflage does not allow us to consider the details of the design. All that can be noted is that I go down the front optics, the grille and mirrors. The bumper is carefully hidden.
Under the hood is also not expected any surprises. The model will receive a similar to the A-class motor line, including gasoline and diesel units.
