Mercedes-AMG has published a new teaser for an unknown modelFebruary 25, 2019
As part of this video, which lasts a very short period of time, we are shown some kind of car, with a false grille Panamericana. In turn, this grille has become a “calling card” for all models of the sports division of Mercedes-AMG.
The press service of the sports German brand Mercedes-AMG a couple of minutes ago published a teaser for its new model. We didn’t manage to understand what kind of car it was – the video did not last very long, and only the Panamericana branded false grille is shown there. As part of a three-second show, we can see the front of a certain car, its headlights, the light from which flashes to the camera.
In addition to the video, there was a small text – “The new Mercedes-AMG grille with 15 vertical stripes is waiting for you. Stay with us!”
The company says that the CLA station wagon and the updated GLC will be shown at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. The lights on the GLC do not look the same as on the car in this teaser. Mercedes also intends to present the concept electric minivan EQV. We do not yet have photos of this car, but it is difficult to imagine that Mercedes put the sports grille on a large electric car.
Another possibility is that Mercedes-AMG teases the teaser of the previously announced model. The new version of the “charged” hatchback A45 could well be this vehicle, to which a separate teaser is dedicated. I note that under the hood of this car will be a powerful 383-and 416-horsepower engine, four-wheel drive.
This short video is clearly the beginning of an advertising campaign from Mercedes, so expect to see the rest of this mysterious car in the near future.
Not so long ago, we wrote that the Mercedes-Benz EQC tested the ice in Switzerland and is ready to enter the market.
