Mercedes-AMG E63 from Brabus received a new design and 789 HPNovember 12, 2018
The famous German tuning studio Brabus presented a new project to finalize the “charged” Mercedes-AMG E63. In addition to branded body kit, the model received a modification of the internal combustion engine, now capable of developing up to 789 horsepower.
Mercedes-Benz and Brabus are long-time partners in the creation of unique modified models. None of the premium cars from the German concern passed by the attention of these tuners. This time they came across a top-end version of the Mercedes-AMG E63 of the current version, which has become even “cooler”.
The model received a new body color (dark green), the Brabus proprietary aerodynamic body kit, unique black alloy wheels, a modified interior trim, as well as decorative inserts made of carbon and polished aluminum. In addition, serious work was done on the technical part. The car received a retuned suspension, improved brake system, as well as an exhaust system with a ceramic coating.
But the most attention was paid to the power unit. The model is equipped with a new control unit from Brabus, installed in parallel with the standard one. Also, engineers reviewed the intake and exhaust manifolds, and worked on the turbine control program. Power unit is now 789 horsepower, but the dynamic characteristics are not reported.
