McLaren introduced the latest version of the supercar 600LT CoupeOctober 30, 2019
Production of the McLaren 600LT Coupe is completed, and the British company has provided one of the latest copies of the model to one of the regular customers who lives in Canada.
This last of its kind specimen of the British supercar received the tri-color Comet Fade 600LT. It is reported that specialists from the McLaren Special Operations special unit took more than 120 hours to complete the custom paint for the entire exterior and for some interior components.
One of the main features of the body of the novelty is its paint, which shimmers with shades of blue.
As can be seen from the published photos, the roof, front splitter, side skirts, rear bumper, rear diffuser, rear spoiler, rear-view mirror housings and elongated side air intakes are made of carbon fiber. Shiny black 10-spoke forged wheels hide contrasting polished carbon-ceramic calipers.
This final copy of the British McLaren 600LT Coupe from MSO also received carbon-fiber sports seats and titanium wheel bolts, thereby reducing the overall weight of the car. In the cabin, it is worth noting the contrasting line. Supercar “shod” in racing tires Pirelli P-Zero Trofeo R.
Under the hood is a 3.8-liter McLaren Twin-Turbo V8 engine with 600 horsepower (620 Nm). The model weighs only 1,247 kg as standard, which is 96 kg lighter than the 570S on which it is based. Additional carbon fiber enhancements can further reduce this figure.
Not so long ago, our publication wrote that titanium and carbon fiber wheels were printed for the McLaren P1 hypercar. McLaren P1 is one of those cars that from the first seconds of its appearance rivets the eyes of absolutely all the people who are next to it. We are sure that being the owner of such a car at times raises my own self-esteem.
