Mazda3 Celebrates Its Centenary With Edition100 Special EditionJuly 10, 2020
According to fans of the Japanese brand, the Mazda3 has never looked so good.
Preserving their place for a century is an important achievement for any company, and Mazda has overcome this milestone. To celebrate its anniversary, the Japanese automaker is offering a special version of its Mazda3, called the Edition100, which received unique parts for body styling. This happened after Mazda announced that the turbo model of this popular compact hatchback would be put into production.
“For a hundred years, Mazda has been at the forefront of designing and creating cars that evoke the emotions of its owner. We present the Mazda3 dition100 as the first model to celebrate the brand’s unflagging passion for a seamless blend of challenging design and groundbreaking designs. As the winner of this year’s World Car Design of the Year, the Mazda3 Edition100 is an even more compelling choice for those who value exclusivity, ”said Mazda Philippines President and CEO Stephen Tan.
The Mazda3 Edition100 version does not give any performance advantages, but generally changes the attitude towards a car that looks very different from the RX-Vision concept. The first thing that catches your eye when looking at the Edition100 is the use of many shades that create a sharp contrasting look.
Mazda3 Edition100 cars feature 18-inch glossy Midnight Black wheels and painted brake calipers for an even sportier look. The license plate holder has also been moved to open a view of the front grille. The interior features red leather seats and premium trim.
The Mazda3 Edition100, Honda Civic’s closest competitor, offers one of the best safety features in its class with the IIHS Top Safety Pick Plus award. The Edition100 package will cost $ 2,222 more expensive than the Sportback Premium package.
