Mazda presented the updated version of the crossover CX-9 and CX-5November 21, 2019
The premiere show of new cars took place on the eve of the Los Angeles Auto Show.
Japanese Mazda held a presentation of two updated crossovers – we are talking about the CX-5 model and the flagship CX-9. If we talk about the CX-9, then outwardly the car has not changed very much. The manufacturer mainly worked on the functionality of the machine to make it more competitive. One of the main innovations was the driver assistance button when driving on the road. This function helps when the diagonal wheels lose their grip on the road surface – in this case, when you press the button, the torque will stop decreasing, and the braking force on the wheels without clutch will increase. This combination helps to transfer all the power of the engine to the wheels on the ground.
In addition, the technical equipment of the car added electrical adjustment of the seats, rain sensor, heated exterior mirrors.
Now the entire set of vehicle safety features is already included in the basic package. As for the CX-5 crossover, now it is equipped with an automatic braking system, active cruise control with stop and start functions, as well as automatic high-beam headlights. In the CX-5 Sport version, developers have made changes to reduce noise, vibration and sharpness.
Meanwhile, the Karma Revero GTS debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The sedan has a hybrid powerplant and is gaining the first hundred in just 3.9 seconds.
