Maserati spoke about its new supercarFebruary 20, 2020
The press service of the Italian brand announced the release of an official teaser for the new Maserati supercar. The car will be shown live in May of this year. It is assumed that the novelty will be called Alfieri.
We first learned about the upcoming new Maserati model in November last year. The Italian brand has released a series of official “spy” images showing some kind of small car with an average engine location. This car had very massive side vents and a very short hood – these are the main facts that the car will get an average engine location. Maserati has not published any information about its upcoming supercar, except for these photos, but this will change on February 20.
It is on this day that the release of the official … teaser is planned.
Most likely, the teaser will not give us any understanding of where the engine of the new supercar will be located or any details regarding the mechanical aspects of the car itself. But in his official Instagram post, the automaker says he will show the name of this car.
Among other things, we heard that the new Maserati may be called Alfieri, because that was the name of the Maserati concept car, which was shown in 2014. We also know that the supercar will be powered by a Maserati V6 engine, and ultimately a fully electric version of the car may appear. Finally, we know that the car will make its debut in May because this is what was said in the first teaser for a novelty from Maserati.
