Maserati Presents Edizione Ribelle Special EditionsJanuary 22, 2020
Maserati unveils the new 2020 Ghibli, Levante, and Quattroporte editions and GT sports packages.
Rebel Edition, which went on sale in North America this past March, features an Nero Ribelle Mica exterior and a Nerissimo package that adds black chrome badges, trim and accents. The models also received black windows, black exhaust tips and black 20-inch wheels, behind which red brake calipers are visible.
Special styling continues in the cabin, where drivers will find Nero and Rosso two-tone sports seats with contrasting stitching. Other features include carbon fiber trim, Alcantara upholstery, Maserati logo head restraints, and saloon decals. In addition to special touches, Rebel Editions are equipped with a premium Harman Kardon audio system, a heated steering wheel, heated front seats with ventilation and heated rear seats.
The release will be limited to 225 copies, among which there will be 100 Ghibli S Q4 models, 100 Levante S and 25 Quattroporte S Q4 in GranSport trim. For GranSport, the trim has been refined for the 2020 model year and now includes additional standard equipment such as soft-closing doors, a heated steering wheel and a driver assistance package that includes a head-on collision warning, blind spot monitoring and a circular camera review.
In addition, Maserati introduced the new GT sports package for Ghibli, Levante and Quattroporte, which is also due in March and promises to give the cars a more aggressive look. Depending on the model, the package may vary.
In particular, Ghibli receives GranSport fascias, unique 20-inch wheels, glossy ebony trim, and brake calipers painted in red, blue or black. The package for the Quattroporte is pretty much identical, but has slightly 20-inch wheels with a Silver Teseo design. The Levante boasts large 21-inch glossy wheels and a composite dashboard trim.
