Maserati focuses on personalizationSeptember 12, 2020
The Italian automaker is developing a new customer strategy. The brand is going to produce even more exclusive cars and for this it launches the Fuoriserie personalization program.
Within the framework of the new project, Italians will offer their customers the services of “fitting” the exterior and interior of the car they like to their personal preferences. Moreover, the requests can be the most original. In total, the brand will offer three directions (they are also collections): Corse, Unica and Futura. With them, Maserati customers can easily navigate the thousands of decor options, interior design and color palette offered by the brand.
Thus, the Corse collection will exploit a racing style with retro elements. Futura, on the other hand, looks to the future: it is a futuristic design with highly effective colors. Unica is shocking, flight of fantasy. The main goal here is “Wow!” – effect, so there is no limit. The Italians launched a new personalization strategy at the same time as the announcement of the Folgore program, which means “lightning” in Italian. Within its framework, the auto brand will be engaged in the electrification of its models.
It is planned that every car in the Maserati lineup will receive a battery version. The updated GranTurismo / GranCabrio will be the first to turn into electric cars.
Meanwhile, Maserati has prepared the announcement of a new generation of the GranTurismo model. It is known that one of the versions of the car will be fully electric. The market debut is expected to take place in 2021, with the electric version arriving a year later.
