Maserati announced the debut of the new generation Maserati GranTurismoSeptember 10, 2020
It is known that the newest car Maserati GranTurismo will acquire a fully electric version.
The Italian automaker has hinted at the silhouette of the future GranTurismo. At the same time, the brand announced that a new generation of luxury grand tourer will be released in 2021 and will receive a battery version.
This does not contradict the policy of Maserati, which introduces an electric version for each of its new products. True, the debut of such a GranTurismo EV will have to wait until 2022. The details end there.
Among other novelties of the brand for the near future, the GranCabrio with an open top and the electric GranCabrio are also announced. The new GranTurismo and GranCabrio will enter the conveyor belt of the brand’s plant in Turin.
As for the actual samples of the above models, they can already be called history. The last batches of such machines were released back in November 2019.
Earlier, in another teaser, Maserati unveiled a new compact SUV Maserati Grecale, named after the east wind. The debut of this car will not have to wait long either – the Italian automaker has clearly decided to update its lineup as soon as possible.
