Mansory changed kid Smart ForTwo beyond recognitionAugust 21, 2019
One of the most extravagant tuners in the world, the Mansory studio, again was able to surprise us, this time not with the modernization of the next supercar or luxury crossover, but with the greatly changed Smart ForTwo baby.
The tiny city car has received many improvements from the extravagant tuner – the company Mansory. The car received a wide body kit, which consists of elongated wings, new side skirts, a front bumper and a rear diffuser with built-in exhaust nozzles. It is also worth noting the new false radiator grille with vertical bars inspired by the modern models of the sports brand AMG, a front hood, carbon-fiber side mirror housings and 17- and 18-inch wheels.
Describing the interior of the modernized machine, the guys from the studio say that the interior has become “light, elegant and soft, providing the greatest sense of comfort than before.”
All we can see is leather on the most tangible surfaces, black accents, as well as some black lines and piping, as well as the tuner logo on the steering wheel and seats.
Unlike some other modernized Mansory car dealerships, the Smart ForTwo actually boasts increased power. The 0.9-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine now delivers 125 hp and its torque is 200 Nm, whereas it used to be 90 hp. and 135 Nm.
The guys also worked with the ForTwo convertible, which is equipped with sports modified bumpers, received a matte blue paint, new wheels and another false radiator grille, as well as white and blue leather in the cabin with dark accents.
