Lumma Design demonstrated special version of Mercedes-AMG G63March 1, 2018
The tuner promises to reveal technical details of the special version a bit later. However, the CLR G770 index hints at something.
Two weeks after the presentation of the charged version of the off-roader Mercedes-AMG G63 of a new generation, the German tuning studio Lumma Design presented its special version CLR G770 on the web.
In the external styling of the special version of Lumma, the two-color painting of the body separated horizontally just below the side-glazing line immediately stands out.
The car received a new aerodynamic body kit, extending the body to 40 millimeters. It includes new bumpers, side skirts, carbon bonnet with ventilation holes, body of side mirrors and door handles made of carbon, and wheel arch extensions.
For buyers will be available sets of two-color light alloy wheels with a diameter of 23 or 24 inches. The factory version is available with wheels 21 and 22 inches in diameter. At the new sports exhaust system the double branch pipes are removed on the sides of the body. They stick out of the niches in the side skirts.
The interior of the Mercedes-AMG G63 has also been thoroughly redesigned. He received an abundance of quilted leather and Alcantara. There are aluminum pads on the pedals and special mats with leather edging. The salon is also made in two-tone style.
New received from Lumma Design set of understating suspension. With a two-cylinder turbocharged V8 engine (585 hp and 850 Nm), no work has been done. However, the tuner promises to present a package of performance in the near future.
Recall that the Mercedes-AMG G63 new generation German manufacturer plans to show the public at the international motor show in Geneva next week.
