The new crossover Seat is an analog of the models of Skoda Kodiaq and Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace, based on the MQB platform. Tarraco will be offered in five- and seven-seat versions, the line of engines will include gasoline turbo four TSI and turbodiesel TDI. Drive – front or full. According to preliminary data, the production of Tarraco will be installed at a plant in Wolfsburg, which also produces Tiguan Allspace.
In the lineup of the Spanish brand, the novelty will take the position of the flagship. Recall, at the moment Seat sells two crossover: a compact SUV Arona and a larger SUV Ateca. The first model in Spain costs from 14 420 euros. Cross Seat Ateca in the homeland of the brand will cost at least 18 450 euros.
By the way, with the advent of crossovers in the model range (first-born was Ateca, on the market it came out in the second half of 2016), European sales of Seat are growing.
