Limited SUV Ford Everest BaseCamp goes on saleNovember 13, 2020
A special edition of the Ford Everest is now available from Australian Ford dealerships, perfect for travel. The number of commercial off-road vehicles is limited.
Ford has prepared 450 Ford Everest BaseCamp SUVs for Australia. These SUVs are based on the Trend 3.2L 4 × 4 and Turbo 2.0L Bi-Turbo. Minimum car prices start at AU $ 64,990
These SUVs are distinguished by air vents on the fenders, branded stickers with the inscription “BaseCamp” on the front doors, a spectacular gray-colored grille, special tires, etc.
The limited edition SUV also features an LED light strip and functional black roof rails. The awning and towbar will also not be superfluous.
Another Ford novelty is the rear-wheel drive Everest Sport. In 2019, this SUV made its debut with all-wheel drive. It relies on the same 2.0-liter bi-turbo engine with 210 horsepower as the Everest BaseCamp. The SUV costs at least 59,990 Australian dollars (3.35 million in our money).
These SUVs receive Sport badges, redesigned bumpers, roof rails, black alloy wheels and an original interior design: leather upholstery with contrasting blue stitching.
Both modifications of Ford’s Everest are well equipped in terms of safety – from a rear-view camera to all kinds of driver’s assistants.
