Lexus introduced the updated off-road GX off-road package.June 18, 2019
There are official data on the updated Lexus GX 2020 SUV model year. So far, no mention of when the car will be available for purchase, as well as what prices will be on it.
When you first look at the front of the updated Japanese SUV Lexus GX immediately becomes noticeable hefty grill. It may even form an opinion that it has become more, although in reality it is not. More impressive is its new design with a large number of L-shaped elements. Lexus claims to have made these changes in order to bring the GX 2020 SUV model year in line with other recent models of the company, because of this, by the way, the front LED lights have changed.
The revised GX (pictured above) will be offered with the optional Sport Design package, bringing details such as a slightly more aggressive body kit and 19-inch wheels. Other benefits included in the kit include a custom-made lower front grille, various side mirror covers, a black finish for the outlet tip, and a scarlet look for taillights.
An off-road “package” will also be available, reserved for expensive SUV equipment. For extra money, Lexus will reward you with a variety of cameras, fuel tank protection, transmission cooler and Multi-Terrain Select.
The latter gives you the opportunity to optimize your driving experience depending on the type of surface you are driving on, whether it is dirt, sand, or off-road, where there are stones to which you need to go.
Lexus GX 460 will be equipped with a 4.6-liter V8 engine, developing 301 horsepower (446 Nm). The output power is sent to the all-wheel drive system through a 6-step “automatic”. The car also boasts a Torsen high-friction differential and a two-speed transfer case.
Not a word about when the updated SUV will be available or how much it will cost, but the current Lexus GX is available at a minimum price of $ 52,505.
