Some things go hand in hand when it comes to a rich lifestyle. Premium carmakers and top-class yachts are a great example, as we have seen more than a few well-known car companies produce premium cars and yachts. Back in 2017, Lexus introduced the amazing concept of the yacht, which was called simply Sport Yacht. Now the company is ready to go further – a couple of minutes ago, the press service of the brand published a teaser for the ready-to-produce yacht LY 650.
The new ship will not be just a serial version of the previously presented concepts. In fact, we are not quite sure how to look at the actual product, since Lexus only offers a shaded “teasing” image of the shape of its yacht.
We can tell you that it will be much more than a concept, the length of which was equal to 1280.16 meters. LY 650 takes in length measures slightly more than 1981.2 from the “nose” to the stern and uses a pair of 800-strong (597 kilowatts) IPS engines to provide the necessary power.
We also know that the LY 650 will have much more free space inside. In accordance with Lexus specifications, the yacht will have three cabins and three lounges, and it can accommodate six guests for the night. For long trips, the LY 650 will have a fresh water capacity of 1,022.87 liters and a fuel tank of 4,546 liters.
Lexus expects the construction of the first LY 650 to be completed before the global debut of the yacht, which is scheduled for the second half of this year. Prices are not yet available.
