J.D. Power analyzed the customer loyalty of brands that are represented in the American car market.
Based on the reviews collected from June last to May of this year, we have compiled the TOP of auto concerns, whose consumers are the most loyal.
Lexus remains the leader of the TOP among premium automakers. Leadership among the brands of the mass segment was won by the Subaru brand. Judging by the report, Lexus car owners are more loyal to the brand than others: 48% of consumers would again opt for this brand.
Mercedes-Benz (47.8%), BMW (45.1%), Porsche (44.9%) and Audi (43.4%) were also among the five premium car brands that have the most loyal consumers. …
The mass segment looks like this: Subaru became the leader with 60.5%, followed by Toyota (60.3%), and third place went to Honda (58.7%). RAM (57.3%) and Ford (54.3%) also got into the rating. The worst performers were brands that are part of the FCA: Fiat (10.4%), Chrysler (14.1%) and Dodge (17.8%).
As J.D. Power, there are certain factors that influence brand loyalty, including new experience, sensations from the driving process. In the first half of 2020, most auto concerns offered new financial assistance programs and announced the launch of campaigns aimed at supporting consumers during the pandemic, which also influenced the loyalty and trust of the owners.
