Lexani turned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter into an off-road home on wheelsAugust 20, 2018
The California tuner Lexani introduced a new draft of improvements
The California company Lexani Motorcars has turned the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van into an off-road home on wheels. The project was named LM-EXTV – an abbreviation for “extreme terrain vehicle” (a car for extreme road conditions). The representatives of the tuner say that it is built because the demand for such machines is constantly increasing.
The all-wheel drive camper, the work on which Lexani was driven throughout the year, is equipped with a full drive and 20-inch forged wheel disks of the company’s own design, as well as 33-inch “toothy” off-road tires.
On the roof is a trunk with LED panels in a circle and a solar battery. In addition, the car is equipped with a camera, a ladder on the roof and running boards.
The interior is decorated with carbon inserts and suede. There are two sofas, a refrigerator, a 24-inch TV with Apple TV, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a DVD player, a microwave oven, a private air-conditioning system and three 110-volt sockets with USB ports.
The cost of building such a car in the company is not called.
