Land Rover Defender will perform somersaults in new Bond movieSeptember 5, 2020
Universal Pictures has released the second trailer for the 25th James Bond film – No Time to Die. The new video is partially devoted to car stunts, the most spectacular of which were Land Rover Defender flips and Aston Martin DB5 drift with machine guns. Valhalla supercar, Series II V8 Vantage and DBS Superleggera also flashed in several frames.
The film tells the story of the return of agent 007 (starring for the fifth time Daniel Craig) to the service after retirement. Together with an old friend, CIA agent Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright), James Bond sets out to find the kidnapped scientist, simultaneously solving the mystery of the secret connection between his girlfriend Madeleine Swann (Lea Seydoux) and the main villain Safin (Rami Malek).
The screen will also return to the previous characters performed by Christoph Waltz, Rafe Fiennes and Ben Whishaw. The film was directed by Carey Fukunaga (True Detective, Maniac), who replaced Danny Boyle, and the script was written by Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Killing Eve). The composer was Hans Zimmer.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the release of the film had to be shifted from April to November. World premiere on November 11
