Lamborghini Urus and Audi RS6 compared in speedJune 5, 2020
Both cars are equipped with V8 4.0 with two turbochargers
Archie Hamilton Racing’s YouTube channel sponsored a drag race between the Lamborghini Urus and the Audi RS6 Avant. Both cars are equipped with a V8 4.0 TFSI turbo engine, four-wheel drive transmission and have at their disposal 600 and 650 horsepower, respectively.
“Turbo-eight” on the Lamborghini Urus develops 650 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque, accelerating the crossover to the first “hundred” in 3.6 seconds. The maximum speed is 305 kilometers per hour. Moreover, this is not the limit for an all-terrain vehicle: 1016 Industries workshop from Miami has already proposed a package of improvements that will raise the Urus power to 852 horsepower, and without losing the factory warranty.
Under the hood of the Audi RS 6 Avant – 600 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. The station wagon accelerates from zero to one hundred in the same 3.6 seconds, also reaching a maximum of 305 kilometers per hour. But if this is not enough, then specialists from Wheelsandmore are ready to replace turbochargers, control software and install a non-catalytic downpipe on the machine for an amount of 42,000 euros, which will increase the output to 1010 horsepower and 1250 Nm of torque.
