Automobili Lamborghini opens THE LOUNGE TOKYO in the exclusive residential area of Roppongi, the second largest establishment of its kind in the United States after New York.

With the permanent Ad Personam studio, where customers ordering cars can completely personalize the color and finish of the exterior and interior of their new Lamborghini, THE LOUNGE TOKYO not only opens the door to the Lamborghini world for owners and VIPs, but also provides a new space for exhibitions and a meeting place for owners of exclusive cars of the brand.

The first show is a collaboration between Lamborghini and the eponymous brand of world renowned fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto: here you can order an Aventador S, dressed up by Yohji Yamamoto, as well as a collection of three pieces: a fashionable coat, a bomber jacket and a hoodie.

When Mitya Borkert, Head of Design at Automobili Lamborghini met with Yohji Yamamoto at Paris Fashion Week in January 2020, he was impressed by the style created by the contrasting reds and blacks in the collection presented, as well as the outstanding craftsmanship embodied in each garment. Inspired by the Paris collection, Lamborghini Centro Stile introduced the iconic Aventador S as a painting canvas. The distinctive Gandini line that characterizes every Lamborghini is still clearly visible in the Aventador, but adorned with select patterns from the designer’s clothing collection: the same patterns adorn the interior of the Aventador S.

“Lamborghini supercars, with their distinctive design, are recognizable faster than any other automaker – just a glance. I am delighted to see the realization of this collaboration, highlighting the uniqueness, timelessness and boundless passion that characterize both of our brands, ”said Yohji Yamamoto himself.

The ground floor of THE LOUNGE TOKYO provides an insight into the Lamborghini concept and idea, and is also a place for personal handover of their new Lamborghini to owners. The second and third floors offer exceptional venues for events and meetings for both business and private events.
