Automobili Lamborghini Introduces Urus in New Design Edition Pearl Capsule
This first exclusive Lamborghini Urus was created by the Lamborghini Centro Stile design department to demonstrate the unique style and thrilling performance of an SUV. The up-and-coming two-tone exterior features the traditional glossy pearl colors of Lamborghini Giallo Inti, Arancio Borealis and Verde Mantis in combination with a black glossy roof, rear diffuser, lip spoiler and other elements. Sporty matte gray tailpipes are complemented by 23-inch glossy black rims with an emphasis on body color.
The interior of the novelty is based on a unique two-color combination, which includes Q-Citura upholstery with a hexagonal pattern with an embroidered logo on the seat, as well as parts made of carbon fiber and black anodized aluminum. The Urus Pearl Capsule is available for the Urus 2021 model, along with an extended range of colors.
Along with changes in appearance, the model received a number of additional equipment, including an advanced ADAS security system.
“Since its launch, Lamborghini Urus has attracted an extremely diverse clientele with an exceptionally diverse lifestyle,” said Stefano Domenicali, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini. “Nearly 80% of these customers, of whom about 10% are women, are new to the Lamborghini brand. The colors preferred by the owners varied a lot, with a strong combination of more restrained shades as well as traditional Lamborghini sports colors.
The 2021 Urus model offers the richest level of standard equipment in terms of technology, security and ADAS, including up to 12 different standard features plus a Heads-Up display. Notable improvements to the Urus 2021 model year include an exclusive new key design and an updated optional parking assistance package. The latter allows the car to park by steering wheel, throttle and brake for automatic parallel and perpendicular parking, with just the touch of a button. Optional equipment includes the new Sensonum premium sound system with a 730-watt amplifier and 17 speakers, synonymous with the highest quality Lamborghini.
