Lamborghini has patented the name of extreme Huracan

The company has patented the name Lamborghini Performante, reports AutoGuide. Presumably, it will be referred to as an open version of the “charged” supercar Huracan, which is now undergoing road tests.

Performante name was also recorded for the names of various products such as clothing, accessories, and computer games. This Italian brand name used to refer to a powerful version of the open Gallardo, successor Huracan model.
