Last week, Lamborghini “introduced us” to its most powerful supercar, which is designed to be used on the racetrack. The car is equipped with a naturally aspirated V12 engine. The press service of the Italian automaker has published several photos with the new SCV12, as well as unveiled some technical details about the car.
Now the guys from the Lamborghini Squadra Corse division want everyone to be able to virtually sit behind the wheel of the SCV12 during a test race at the automaker’s training ground in the city of Italian Imola.

For the uninitiated, it is worth explaining that the Lamborghini SCV12 will be released in a limited edition. The car was developed in conjunction with the Lambo motorsport department. The novelty received a well-thought-out aerodynamic body kit, thanks to which a huge amount of downforce will be generated – among such elements it is worth noting a long hood, a double air intake, protruding front splitters, vertical “ribs” on the side sills and a central “rib” that directs the air flow into the air intake the roof.
Of course, the main part of this latest Lambo is the V12 engine, which, according to the assurances of the automaker, “is capable of delivering more than 830 hp. thanks to aerodynamic boost, which activates at high speed. ” This engine is connected to a sequential six-speed gearbox.
Power is directed exclusively to the rear 20-inch magnesium alloy wheels, which are shod in specially designed Pirelli tires. The front wheels have a dimension of 19 inches. The weight of the SCV12 has not been disclosed, but Lamborghini said its body is made of carbon fiber, so expect it to be really light.
